* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Mora County in northeastern New Mexico... Northwestern San Miguel County in northeastern New Mexico... * WHEN...Until 530 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 323 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - This localized area of heavy rain occurred within the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon burn scar. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tierra Monte and Manuelitas. - Highway 94 between Manuelitas and Tierra Monte. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
