* WHAT...Northwest wind gusts 20 to 25 kts. * WHERE...Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican Border Extending 10 to 60 nm out including San Clemente Island. * WHEN...Until midnight PDT Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts this evening have weakened mostly below 20 kts. Gusts 20 to 25 kts are expected again Tuesday afternoon and evening in the outer waters, especially near San Clemente Island.
