Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 AM PDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
