* WHAT...Seas 10 to 14 feet. * WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas have fallen below the 15 foot threshold as Super Typhoon Bavi continues to move northwest away from the Marianas. Even so, conditions continue to remain hazardous to small craft through at least late Wednesday night.
