For the following areas... Coastal waters from Little River Inlet to Murrells Inlet SC out 20 NM... At 332 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Myrtle Beach Rock, moving east at 15 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Springmaid Pier, Myrtle Beach Rock, Surfside Beach, and Garden City.
