Seas 9 to 14 feet. * WHERE...Palau Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Friday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gale-force gusts are possible near heavier showers. Although winds may fall below hazardous levels before Friday afternoon, seas will likely remain hazardous.
