Lake Michigan from Point Betsie to Manistee MI 5NM offshore to Mid Lake... * Until 745 PM EDT. * At 636 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 23 nm east of Algoma, or 24 nm east of Kewaunee Pierhead Light, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
