The areas affected include... Lake Michigan nearshore and open waters to mid lake from Sheboygan WI to Port Washington WI... At 519 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Manitowoc to near Cleveland to near Sheboygan to near Oostburg, moving east at 20 knots.
