The areas affected include... 5NM East of a line from Fairport MI to Rock Island Passage... Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island Passage... Lake Michigan from Seul Choix Point to Rock Island Passage 5NM offshore to Mid Lake... Seul Choix Point to Point Detour MI... At 542 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 18 nm northwest of Minneapolis Shoal to 30 nm north of Chambers Island to 30 nm northeast of Crivitz, moving southeast at 25 knots.
