...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Minnesota... Dobbins Creek at Austin 2NE affecting Mower County. .Heavy rainfall amounts up to 5 inches fell within the Dobbins Creek basin in the last 6 hours. This rain will route into the stream and bring the river into Flood Stage tonight. Additional river and weather information is available at www.weather.gov/lacrosse. The next statement will be issued Thursday morning by 1145 AM CDT. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Dobbins Creek at Austin 2NE. * WHEN...Until Thursday evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 12.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 11.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
