* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall will be possible over the Aspen Acres burn scar again today. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Colorado, including southwestern Pueblo County. * WHEN...From noon MDT today through 8 PM this evening. * IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall over the Aspen Acres burn scar will be possible during the period of the watch. Residents near the Aspen Acres burn scar should prepare for potential debris flows. Be sure to stay up to date with information from local authorities.
