Shanghai is buzzing this summer. The city has launched its “Shanghai Summer” International Consumption Season, aiming to capitalize on a massive tourism boom. Inbound visitors reached nearly 4.4 million from January to May, up almost 30% year-on-year. Soon, Shanghai will have another major attraction.
