River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black River near Annapolis. * WHEN...Until late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, One house on Cirle Drive in Lesterville will flood near this height. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:15 AM CDT Friday was 16.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
