* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following county, Ashtabula and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following county, Erie. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 909 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Conneaut, Corry, Edinboro, Union City, Girard, North Kingsville, Waterford, Albion, Lake City, Kingsville, Cranesville, Platea, Mill Village, McKean, Elgin and Kelloggsville. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
