FFWLSX The National Weather Service in St Louis has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... Southern Madison County in southeastern Missouri... * Until 1100 AM CDT. * At 807 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Route C near FF is closed due to high flood waters. Between 5 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
