* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Mitchell County in north central Iowa... * WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 AM CDT, automated river gauges and emergency manager reports indicated flooding ongoing across the area with multiple roads closed. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
