* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following counties, De Kalb, Rutherford, Smith and Wilson. * WHEN...Until 1030 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 732 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lebanon, Watertown, Gordonsville, Walterhill, Hickman, South Carthage, Alexandria, Dowelltown, Liberty, Tuckers Crossroads, Cedars Of Lebanon State Park, Dickerson Chapel Recreation Area, Lascassas, Center Hill Lake and Edgar Evins State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
