FFWLSX The National Weather Service in St Louis has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... Southern Crawford County in east central Missouri... * Until 930 AM CDT. * At 649 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Steelville, Cherryville, Cook Station, Davisville and Dillard. This includes the following State Parks... Dillard Mill Historic Site. This includes Interstate 44 in Missouri near exit 203.
