Wind gusts in excess of 50 mph possible. * WHERE...Chiricahua Mountains, Dragoon and Mule and Huachuca and Santa Rita Mountains, Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet, Upper Gila River Valley, and Upper San Pedro River Valley. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 8 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dust storm warnings will be issued as needed as localized areas may drop below below one quarter of a mile.
