According to the French administration, at least 25 heads of state and government, including the President of Ukraine, are expected to attend the meeting.
"The meeting in Paris will take place against the backdrop of growing transatlantic convergence and unity, as well as a more favorable dynamic for Ukraine on the battlefield," the French presidential administration said.
French officials noted that the meeting is intended to "strengthen support for Ukraine and increase pressure on Russia," while also promoting a ceasefire and the resumption of peace negotiations.
The Coalition of the Willing currently comprises 35 countries. Moldova and North Macedonia are also expected to join the coalition on Monday.
The French side views the Paris meeting as part of broader allied efforts to strengthen Ukraine's position and increase pressure on Moscow as partners seek ways to bring the war to an end.
According to French media reports, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte is also expected to attend the July 13 meeting.
The Coalition of the Willing, launched by France and the United Kingdom, aims to provide military support to Ukraine and offer it security guarantees following the conclusion of a peace agreement. This includes the possible deployment of military contingents on the ground after a peace settlement is reached.
