* At 335 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Granite Quarry to near Kannapolis to near Harrisburg
to near Mint Hill to near Pineville, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Albemarle, Wadesboro, Troy, Badin Lake, Biscoe, Ansonville, Plyler,
Midland, Polkton, and Locust.
