Charleston Harbor... * Until 430 PM EDT. * At 333 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 7 NM northeast of Bulls Bay to 5 NM northwest of Rattlesnake Shoal, moving southeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Jimmy Leland Tug, Capers Reef, Bull Breakers, Bulls Bay, Y-73 Reef, Capers Island Buoy, Joe Shuford Reef, Rattlesnake Shoal, Charleston Sixty, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Hector Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, Air Force Reef, Cape Romain Reef and Charleston Harbor Entrance.
