The Fletcher Ave levee gates are closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 9.5 feet. - Forecast...Rises on the river are possible over the next few days. The river may reach flood stage. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
