The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM... Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... At 913 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 19 nm east of Triumph Reef, moving northwest at 10 knots.
