At 633 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over New Tazewell, or 10 miles north of Rutledge, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Morristown, Rutledge, New Tazewell, Bean Station, Tazewell, Russellville, Harrogate, Springdale, Lone Mountain, and Howard Quarter.
