Jackson County in southern Illinois... Williamson County in southern Illinois... * WHEN...Until 130 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 726 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
