Pope County in southern Illinois... Eastern Union County in southern Illinois... Crittenden County in western Kentucky... Livingston County in western Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 636 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
