A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Chandeleur Sound... At 235 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and weak waterspouts. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located near Chandeleur Sound, moving northwest at 5 knots.
