At 452 PM CDT, Heavy rain has ended, but between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... San Antonio, Leon Valley, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Shavano Park, Cross Mountain, Government Canyon State Natural Area, Sea World, Leon Springs, The Dominion, Grey Forest, Fiesta Texas, San Geronimo and Scenic Oaks.
