In northeast Oklahoma, Okmulgee. In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh. * WHEN...Until 315 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1203 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
