ASEAN Sec-Gen calls for deeper rule-of-law cooperation

This year marks a landmark moment for China-ASEAN relations. It is five years since the establishment of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, the inaugural year of a 2026–2030 Plan of Action to put that partnership into practice.
