At 334 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heaviest rainfall had exited the area; however, moderate showers will continue to linger across the area through 4 PM. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
