Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 339 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 3.5 inches of rain have fallen since late Sunday evening. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
