Flash Flood Warning issued July 13 at 4:59AM CDT until July 13 at 6:00AM CDT by NWS Fort Worth TX

At 459 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen, with the heaviest rain occuring just west of I-35E in Lewisville. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. The most likely locations to be impacted from the additional rain extend from Coppell to Irving, then eastward to Carrollton and Farmers Branch. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
