Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
