* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Nolan County in west central Texas... Northwestern Taylor County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 506 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain with up to 2 inches of rainfall in parts of the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
