* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Columbia County in east central Georgia... Southern Lincoln County in east central Georgia... McDuffie County in east central Georgia... Central Richmond County in east central Georgia... Central Aiken County in central South Carolina... North Central Barnwell County in central South Carolina... Southwestern Edgefield County in central South Carolina... Southeastern McCormick County in central South Carolina... West Central Orangeburg County in central South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 532 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area.
