Lincoln County in east central Georgia... McDuffie County in east central Georgia... Richmond County in east central Georgia... Western Aiken County in central South Carolina... Edgefield County in central South Carolina... McCormick County in central South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1004 PM EDT, Continuing light to moderate rain may cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 6 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain could result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
