Northeastern Uvalde County in south central Texas... * Until 800 AM CDT. * At 307 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain once again across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have already fallen over this region within the past 6 to 9 hours. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 3.5 inches in 1 hour.
