FFWMAF The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... East Central Pecos County in southwestern Texas... Northeastern Terrell County in southwestern Texas... * Until noon CDT. * At 1042 AM CDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate showers and a few thunderstorms in the warned area, but were starting to decrease in coverage. Emergency management has reported flash flooding on FM 2400 and along some roads east of State Highway 349 in northeastern Terrell County. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen during the past 1 to 2 hours over parts of the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. Flash flooding is already occurring.
