* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of north central Nevada, including the following county, Lander. * WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 309 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - 10 to 15 miles East of Gillman Springs is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
