* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Tom Green County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 427 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated very heavy rain that could produce up to an inch of rainfall in a short period of time moving into the San Angelo area due to thunderstorms. This will result in minor flooding across much of the city, and especially in low lying areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Lake Nasworthy and O.C. Fisher Reservoir. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
