This level is turbulent and dangerous for inexperienced swimmers, canoeists and kayakers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 2.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this evening to 7.5 feet tomorrow morning.
