* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bexar, Comal and Kendall. * WHEN...Until 100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring within the advisory area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours with up to 3 inches of rain within the past 6 hours in portions of the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
