* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Western Bell County in central Texas... Southern Coryell County in central Texas... Eastern Lampasas County in central Texas... * WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1140 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in southern Coryell and western Bell Co. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
