Seco Creek At at Rowe Ranch Near D'Hanis affecting Medina County. Hondo Creek At King Waterhole at Hwy 173 affecting Medina County. Nueces River Near Asherton affecting Dimmit County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cibolo Creek at Sutherland Springs. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Water submerges the roadway just south of the FM 539 bridge, making it impassable.
