Cibolo Creek at Sutherland Springs affecting Karnes and Wilson Counties. Cibolo Creek Near Falls City affecting Karnes County. San Antonio River near Floresville affecting Karnes and Wilson Counties. Seco Creek At at Rowe Ranch Near D'Hanis affecting Medina County. Hondo Creek At King Waterhole at Hwy 173 affecting Medina County. Nueces River Near Asherton affecting Dimmit County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Nueces River near Asherton. * WHEN...From late Thursday night until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Flow reaches into low sections of the flood plain.
