Areas of the headwaters are isolated temporarily as low water crossings flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:05 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 11.3 feet early this morning.
