Central Kerr County in south central Texas... * Until 700 PM CDT. * At 210 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Hunt and Kerrville. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
