At 1246 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 4 and 11 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Hwy 90 was closed between Brackettville and Uvalde. Evacuations reported in Brackettville. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
